(Senior) Investment Manager (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben
  • Verstärkung unseres Private-Equity Teams am Standort Berlin im Bereich Investments & Finanzierung
  • Initiierung und Verantwortung des kompletten Akquisitionsprozesses (Due Diligence, Vertragsverhandlung, Signing, Closing, Post-Closing)
  • Erstellung der Unterlagen für das Investment Komitee und Vorstellung der Projekte
  • Bewertung und Analyse von Projekten (Financial Modelling, DCF) 
  • Optimierung bei strategischen Geschäftsfeldern und Märkten, sowie Entwicklung von Markteintrittsstrategien 
Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, VWL, Wirtschafts-Ingenieurwesen)
  • Mindestens 3-5 jährige Berufserfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft im Investment oder Finanzierungsbereich
  • Einschlägige Kenntnisse in der Unternehmens-und/oder Projektbewertung (insbesondere Financial Modelling, DCF)
  • Erfahrungen in der Projektprüfung und Strukturierung von Due Diligence Prozessen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse

Your mission
  • Reinforcement of our private equity team in Berlin in the area of investments & financing
  • Initiation and responsibility of the complete acquisition process (due diligence, contract negotiation, signing, closing, post-closing)
  • Preparation of documents for the investment committee and presentation of projects
  • Valuation and analysis of projects (financial modelling, DCF) 
  • Optimisation of strategic business areas and markets, as well as development of market entry strategies
Your profile
  • Successfully completed studies (business administration, economics, industrial engineering)
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the energy industry in the investment or financing sector
  • Relevant knowledge in company and/or project valuation (especially financial modelling, DCF)
  • Experience in project due diligence and structuring of due diligence processes
  • Business fluent in German and English
