Deine Aufgaben
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die termin-, qualitäts- und kosten­gerechte Aus­führung von Windpark­projekten, von der Genehmigungsphase bis zur Inbetriebnahme
  • Ausschreibung und Vergabe aller erforderlichen BoP-Leistungen für die Projektumsetzung 
  • Verantwortung für die Ausführungsplanung und rechtzeitige Fertigstellung von Windparkprojekten unter Beachtung der Einhaltung von Budgets und Finanzierungskonditionen 
  • Verantwortung für das gesamtheitliche interne und externe Stakeholdermanagement bei den Projekten in der Abwicklungsphase
  • Kontinuierliches Reporting und Sicherstellen einer vollständigen Projektdokumentation und reibungslose Übergabe der errichteten Projekte an die Betriebsführung
  • Fachliche Unterstützung der Akquise- und Projektenwicklungsteams  
Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieursstudium, vorzugsweise im Bauingenieurwesen
  • Idealerweise eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bei Bauausführung von Windparkprojekten
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie idealerweise verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
  • Ein versierter Umgang mit MS Office-Programmen sowie Projekt- und Prozessmanagement-Tools 
  • Leidenschaft für den Ausbau der Erneuerbaren Energien und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Umsetzung von Windenergieprojekten in Deutschland 
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Konfliktlösungs- und Entscheidungsstärke
  • Reisebereitschaft und ein Führerscheinklasse B
  • Motiviert, uns mit einer hohen Eigeninitiative im Projektgeschäft zu unterstützen
  • Lust, in einem familiären Team zu arbeiten und ein schnell wachsendes Unternehmen mitzugestalten sowie eigene Ideen und Schwerpunkte einzubringen

Your mission
  • Overall responsibility for the execution of wind farm projects on schedule, in line with quality and costs, from the approval phase to commissioning
  • Tendering and awarding of all necessary BoP services for project implementation 
  • Responsibility for the execution planning and timely completion of wind farm projects while adhering to budgets and financing conditions 
  • Responsibility for the overall internal and external stakeholder management of projects in the execution phase
  • Continuous reporting and ensuring complete project documentation and smooth handover of the completed projects to operational management
  • Technical support of the acquisition and project development teams
Your profile
  • Successfully completed engineering degree, preferably in civil engineering
  • Ideally several years of professional experience in the construction of wind farm projects
  • Very good knowledge of German and ideally business fluent in English
  • Proficient handling of MS Office programmes as well as project and process management tools 
  • Passion for the development of renewable energies and several years of professional experience in the implementation of wind energy projects in Germany 
  • Strong communication skills, conflict resolution and decision-making abilities
  • Willingness to travel and a class B driving licence
  • Motivated to support us with a high level of initiative in the project business
  • Desire to work in a friendly team and help shape a fast-growing company, as well as contribute your own ideas and priorities.
