Projektentwickler Wind (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben
  • Fachübergreifende Steuerung von Windenergie- und Photovoltaikprojekten als zentraler Ansprechpartner 
  • Erarbeitung von Projektkonzepte und daraus resultierende Projektablaufpläne zur Einhaltung der Projektvorgaben und zur Steuerung von internen und externen Dienstleistern
  • Verantwortung über das Projektbudget sowie Sicherstellung eines transparenten und regelmäßigen Berichtswesens
  • Bewertung und Entwicklung von deutschlandweiten Windprojekten im Bereich Repowering und Greenfield 
  • Erstellung und Begleitung der Genehmigungsanträge nach dem BImSchG 
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Terminen und Veranstaltungen vor Ort
  • Schnittstelle zur Investment-, Finanzierung- und Bauabteilung
Dein Profil
  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung im Bereich des Ingenieurwesens, der Stadt-und Regionalplanung, der Umweltplanung bzw. -wissenschaften, Landschaftsplanung, Geoökologie oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Verhandlungssicher in der deutschen Sprache
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich des Projektmanagements
  • Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation, Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke 
  • Kreativität und Ergebnisorientierung bei der Lösungsfindung von komplexen Problemstellungen aus
  • Teamfähig, sicheres Auftreten und hohe Einsatz- und Reisebereitschaft runden das Profil ab

Your mission
  • Interdisciplinary management of wind energy and photovoltaic projects as central contact person 
  • Development of project concepts and resulting project schedules to comply with project specifications and to control internal and external service providers
  • Responsibility for the project budget as well as ensuring transparent and regular reporting
  • Evaluation and development of Germany-wide wind projects in the field of repowering and greenfield 
  • Preparation and support of permit applications according to BImSchG 
  • Organization and execution of appointments and events on site
  • Interface to the investment, financing and construction departments
Your profile
  • A successfully completed university education in the field of engineering, urban and regional planning, environmental planning or sciences, landscape planning, geoecology or a comparable field of study
  • Fluent in the German language
  • First experiences in the field of project management
  • A structured way of working, a high degree of self-organization, communication and negotiation skills 
  • Creativity and result orientation in finding solutions for complex problems
  • The ability to work in a team, a confident manner and a high level of commitment and willingness to travel round off the profile
