- Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Steuerung von Eintritts- und Austrittsprozessen sowie Erstellung der relevanten HR-Dokumente
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung der Gehaltsabrechnung und Pflege der Personaldaten
- Bearbeitung arbeitsrechtlicher Fragestellungen und Sonderfälle
- Mitarbeit an der Optimierung von HR-Prozessen

Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personal, BWL, Wirtschaftsrecht oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Personalmanagement
- Stark ausgeprägte Erfahrungen und Verantwortung im gesamten Recruitingprozess
- Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit HR-Systemen und MS Office
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und professionelles Auftreten
- Verantwortungsbewusster und diskreter Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
