Deine Aufgaben
Jedes Projekt ist anders und daher sind Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortungen vielfältig. Als Event-/ Junior Projektmanager im Bereich Projektentwicklung spielts Du eine wichtige Rolle und unterstützt unsere Teams durch die Übernahme von Organisations-, Koordinationsaufgaben von Events und kleineren Veranstaltungen, sowie abwechslungsreiche Querschnittsaufgaben in der Projektentwicklung. 
 
  • Veranstaltungsmanagement für interne Events und Organisation von kleineren Branchenevents (z.B. Infoveranstaltungen, Windparkfeste oder Gemeindeveranstaltungen) inklusive Protokollierung sowie Überwachung von Fristen und Deadlines 
  • Ausarbeitung und Beauftragung von Angeboten sowie Bearbeitung der Abrechnungen  
  • Verantwortung für administrative, operative und kaufmännische Aufgaben sowie konzeptionelle und thematische Zuarbeit in der Projektentwicklung 
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Veranstaltungsübersichten sowie Konzeptentwicklung 
  • Administration von Verträgen mit externen Dienstleistern und Pflege der Kontaktliste 
  • Erstellung von Marktanalyse und -recherche in verschiedenen Bereichen der Projektentwicklung 
  • Internes und externes Stakeholdermanagement sowie Koordination und Einleitung notwendiger Handlungsschritte bei Fragestellungen zum Projekt
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Hotellerie und/oder erste praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement oder vergleichbare Dienstleistungen 
  • Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft in Absprache mit Kollegen für externe Events 
  • Besitz eines aktuellen Führerscheins der Klasse B 
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Excel und anderer MS Office Programme 
  • Stark ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytischen Fähigkeiten, sowie prozess- und dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken 
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick in Deutsch und Englisch 
  • Hohes Maß an Motivation, Eigenverantwortung und Sorgfalt sowie Freude an einer bereichsübergreifenden Teamarbeit

Your mission
Every project is different and therefore your tasks and responsibilities are diverse. As a Team assistance (m/f/x) in Project Development, you will play an important role and support our teams by taking on organizational, coordination and cross-sectional tasks.

  • Direct support of the Heads of Project Development, as well as independent and professional handling of general assistance tasks
  • Organization of project meetings and external meetings including taking minutes as well as monitoring deadlines and time limits
  • Responsibility for administrative, operational and commercial matters as well as conceptual and thematic input
  • Creation and maintenance of project overviews 
  • Event management for internal events and organization of smaller industry events
  • Administration of contract management as well as contact person for external service providers and experts and authorities
  • Administration of contracts with external service providers, NDAs, maintenance of contact lists
Your profile
  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training with initial practical work experience 
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Conceptual and analytical strength as well as careful way of working
  • High degree of motivation and personal responsibility as well as a desire for a fast-growing company
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
